Rules for charters
Payment
A 50% deposit of the total cost is payable
at the time the charter contract is agreed. 
The balance must be paid no later than one month
before departure date. When bookings are made less
than 30 days before departure the full amount is payable

at the time of booking
Discounts are not normally applied to this type of booking
but a variable rate discount will be given for an extended period.
In general a 3% discount applies for a 3 week rental and
5% for four weeks, high and low season. 
In the event of cancellation the following penalties apply:
1- 50% of the entire rental amount, if notice of cancellation is given more than 30 days before departure.
2- 100% of the entire sum if cancellation is made less than 30 days before the departure date.
If, another charter is arranged for the same period then the ENTIRE sum paid minus a 5% administration fee will be refunded. 

Check-out
On leaving the boat a check-out will be effected of the vessel and equipment to ensure that no damage has occurred or any rules have been infringed in port or at sea during the cruise that are not the fault of the crew.  In the event of any damage arising, then the charge will be ascertained and this will be payable in full by the passenger(s).


Insurance

This boat is insured with a fully comprehensive policy to cover the boat, its contents and the people on board.
Personal belongings are not covered by the insurance policy except for loss or damage caused by crew members.

Personal documents
On embarkation every person on board must have a personal identity document (passport or identity card) and provide a photocopy together with a photo.
An identity card may be used for cruising in Italy, Slovenia and Croatia, but a passport is recommended for Greece and Turkey for bureaucratic reasons.

Charter
The total number of people allowed to embark will be the number agreed on under the contract, unless a change is notified in advance.
