Cruises all year round
A visit to Chioggia means not only the chance to admire its artistic wealth but also to soak up the atmosphere deriving from its unique position in the lagoon, which makes it seem to float between the sky and the sea. Chioggia is also known as "La Piccola Venezia" (Little Venice) and offers not only the opportunity to experience its character and culture, but also, thanks to its special geographical location, allows excursions to some of the most famous places in the world.

Venice is 13 miles away by sea and, although you can get there by land, it is advisable to approach it from the lagoon in order to appreciate fully its romantic and unforgettable atmosphere.
The architectural masterpieces in Venice include St. Marks’ Square, Palazzo Ducale, Rialto Bridge, the Bridge of Sighs, and the numerous palaces that overlook the Grand Canal, all of which create a charming landscape built on water.
Other than these famous monuments, there is also a network of Museums and Galleries in Venice

Excursions can also be taken to islands in the lagoon: Murano is renowned for its hand-made glass, Burano for its exquisite hand-made lace; Torcello has its beautiful and unique basilica, and lastly Pellestrina which has remarkable art and crafts, such as the famous "Merletti al tombolo" (Pillow Lace), very rare items which were already famous in the 1600s all over Europe.
